Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

We offer the following fixed-duration access plans: • 7 days — USD 14.99 • 31 days — USD 29.99 • 61 days — USD 49.99

A one-day free trial is provided for new users. You may also enjoy free access during our launch period.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe using your credit or debit card. Plans are not auto-renewing — each purchase grants access for a fixed period that expires at the end of the purchased duration. You will not be charged again unless you actively purchase a new plan.

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for unused access time, except as required by applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at contact@tcf-canada.app.

All content and software in the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes while your subscription is active. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the Service.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) share your account or access credentials with others; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent any security features; or (d) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, including misuse of the Service or non-payment. You may stop using the Service at any time.

You may also permanently delete your account directly from the app (Settings → Security → Delete Account). Deletion is confirmed through a two-step process requiring your password or biometric authentication. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data (profile, test history, progress) are permanently and irreversibly removed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or on our website. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
