We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with: • Supabase — our backend provider for account and data storage (supabase.com). • Stripe — our payment processor for handling transactions (stripe.com).

These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data protection obligations.

We retain your account data as long as your account is active.

You may permanently delete your account at any time from the app (Settings → Security → Delete Account). This action requires a two-step confirmation with your password or biometric authentication. Upon confirmation, all your personal data — including your profile, test history, scores, and progress — is immediately and permanently deleted from our systems. This action is irreversible.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent for its use. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@tcf-canada.app.
